How long earned storage lasts
RewardsEach referral reward lasts 90 days from the day it is given and is not extended.
Referral storage is not permanent. Each reward lasts 90 days from the day it is given and is not extended. gettor emails you before one ends.
Rewards at different times
Each reward has its own end date. For example, a reward earned in your first week and another a month later end a month apart, and your limit steps down as each one ends.
Referral storage sits on top of your current limit. If you have a welcome offer, your limit drops to the Free plan when the offer ends, and any referral storage still running stays on top of it.
If you are over quota when it ends
If an ending reward puts you over your storage limit, existing files stay available. New transfers are blocked until you free enough space.
Careful: Do not rely on referral storage as permanent capacity. If a grant expires, your library can become over quota.
