Fetching has no separate monthly allowance. Torrent-size and concurrency limits still apply. Startup preparation also uses the monthly transfer allowance, before you click Download.
Deleting files frees storage but does not refund bytes already delivered to you.
Fetching files
Fetching has no separate monthly quota.
There is no separate monthly quota for bytes fetched from peers. Startup preparation (about 5% of the largest file) and downloading or streaming to your device use the downloads-and-streaming allowance separately. Availability still depends on the torrent.
