What happens when slots are full
Extra transfers wait and start automatically when a slot opens. If all download slots are in use, wait for one to finish before starting another download.
Tip: A folder ZIP uses one download slot, which can be useful when your plan allows only one download at a time.
When your monthly allowance resets
Monthly allowances reset on your account's own cycle, including on annual plans.
Your allowance follows your signup anniversary, then your subscription anniversary after joining a paid plan. Annual plans still receive a new allowance each month. Shorter months use their last day, then return to your usual date. Downgrades keep the current cycle. A welcome offer uses one allowance for the whole offer period.
Why reset dates differ by account
Reset dates are staggered across accounts instead of putting every account on the same calendar-day reset.

Account and Usage show the current allowance period and your next reset date.
Note: The reset is applied when your account is next used. If a meter still shows the previous period just after the boundary, refresh the page.
