Clearing a stuck slot
A download slot frees when the download finishes, is cancelled, or the connection closes. A paused download in another tab may still use a slot.
Note: A ZIP download uses one download slot, even when it contains several files.
“This download link is no longer valid”
Delivery links expire quickly. Start Download or Play again to get a fresh link.
Download and playback links are short-lived and limited to one file and one action.
Why they expire at all
Short-lived links help keep private files from becoming permanent shareable URLs.
What to do
Return to your library and choose Download or Play again to get a fresh link.
When a link stops working permanently
- The file was deleted — its links stop immediately.
- The file was removed after a copyright complaint.
- The account was disabled, which kills every outstanding link at once.
