What is never permitted

  • Material you do not have the right to copy.

  • Attacking or probing the service.

You choose what to fetch

Note: You must be 16 or older, and one person may hold one account.

Does gettor seed or upload what it downloads?

No. Transfers stop after downloading; gettor does not seed back to the swarm.

gettor does not seed. A transfer downloads the requested content and stops, with no upload ratio to maintain afterward.

What this means for you

  • gettor does not distribute your library files to other users.
  • A gettor transfer does not contribute upload credit to private trackers that require a ratio.
  • Fetching through gettor does not make your library a source for other users.

Note: gettor is designed for private retrieval, not file distribution.
