Closing your account
PrivacyDelete your account from Account. The account and library are deleted immediately.
Go to Account → Delete account. We email you a code, and you confirm by typing DELETE. If you cannot sign in, contact support from the account's email address.
Before you do
- Download anything in your library you want to keep.
- If you have a paid plan, it must have ended first, and active downloads must be stopped.
- Deletion happens as soon as you confirm. There is no waiting period in which it can be undone.
Careful: After deletion, the library cannot be restored by you or support.
