Changing your plan

Change plans from Account. Storage, torrent size, monthly delivery allowance, and concurrency limits change with the plan.

Moving up

• The new limits apply immediately.
• When you upgrade from Free, unexpired files lose their Free-plan expiry date.
• A transfer blocked by the old storage or torrent-size limit can be retried immediately after upgrading.

Moving down

After a downgrade, the smaller limits apply. If your library is over the new storage limit, existing files stay available but you can't add more until you free enough space. Retention rules also change.

What happens when you move to a smaller plan

Files without an expiry receive the recovery deadline shown in your Account.

Downgrading does not delete files immediately.

Files that already have an expiry keep that date.

Changing your mind

Resubscribing before the recovery deadline keeps files that have not expired. Expired files cannot be restored.
