Turn on “Email me when a transfer finishes” in Account if you want a notification when a transfer completes.
What gettor sends regardless
- Confirm your gettor email — at sign-up.
- Reset your gettor password — when you ask for one.
- Content removed from your gettor library — after a valid takedown.
- Earned-storage notices, if you use referrals.
Note: gettor does not send marketing emails or newsletters.
Changing your display name
A cosmetic label on your account, changed from the account page.
Your display name appears only in the app. You still sign in with your email address.
Note: Changing your email address affects sign-in and verification. Contact support if you need it changed.
