Both shortcuts work without focusing the transfer bar first.

Paste anywhere

With the dashboard open, press Ctrl+V or Cmd+V. If the clipboard contains a magnet link, gettor places it in the transfer bar.

Drag a .torrent onto the page

Drag a .torrent file from your file manager onto the transfer bar and release it.

Why you must verify your email before adding a transfer

Transfers remain disabled until your account email is verified.

After signing up or signing in, you must verify your email before using the app. Until then, you can request another verification email or sign out.

Verifying

1. 1Find the message titled “Confirm your gettor email”.
2. 2Open the verification link in the email. No code is required.
3. 3Return to the verification page and choose I've verified my email, or reload the page. You can now open your dashboard.

If nothing arrived

• Check the spam folder. A first message from a new sender often lands there.
• Use Resend verification email on the verification page instead of creating another account.
• Check the email address shown on the verification page in case it was entered incorrectly.
