Signing in with Google
You can sign in with Google instead of using a gettor password. Google sign-in also verifies your email address.
Google sign-in is an alternative to email and password. It accesses the same gettor account.
What it changes
- Your email is verified automatically when you sign in with Google.
- Google-based accounts do not have a gettor password.
- Google's own sign-in security, including its two-factor protection, applies.
Why the password page says there is nothing to change
An account created through Google has no gettor password, so there is nothing to change on the password page.
Note: Google provides gettor with your email address and basic profile information. gettor cannot read your Gmail, Drive files, or contacts.
