A first payment can be refunded within 14 days unless a substantial part of that period's allowance has already been used. Renewals are not refunded.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment unless you've already used a substantial part of that period's allowance.

Renewals are not refunded. Cancel before the renewal date to prevent the next charge; your current plan stays active through the paid period.

Contact support from your account email and include roughly when you paid.
