Closing your account
PrivacyEnds access immediately; the library is deleted 30 days later.
Write to support from the account’s email address to close it. There is no self-service button, deliberately — closure is irreversible and deletes everything.
Before you do
- Download anything in your library you want to keep.
- If you are on a paid plan, cancel renewal first so nothing is taken during the closure.
- Note that the 30-day window is for deletion, not for changing your mind about access.
Careful: After the library is deleted there is no copy anywhere. Support cannot restore it, and neither can we.
