Browsing your library
BrowsingBrowsing your library; Sorting and filtering the file list.
Files opens your library. It is a plain folder listing: folders first, then files, each row showing a name, a size and the actions available for it.
What the top of the page tells you
- A storage meter — how much of your plan’s space is used.
- Your monthly download allowance — how much delivery you have left this period.
- A breadcrumb trail showing which folder you are in, with Home at the start.
If it is empty
A new library says “No files yet”. Files arrive when a transfer completes.
Note: Your library is private to your account. Nobody else can list it, and there are no public or shareable links to anything in it.
Sorting and filtering the file list
Six sort orders, plus a name filter that narrows what is already on screen.
Sorting
The sort control offers Name A–Z, Name Z–A, Newest, Oldest, Largest and Smallest. Folders stay grouped above files whichever you choose.
Filtering by name
The Filter by name box narrows the current view as you type. It matches anywhere in the name, not just the start, and it is not case-sensitive.
Careful: The filter applies to the page you are looking at, not to your whole library. It will not find a file sitting inside a folder you have not opened, and it does not page through the rest of a long listing.
Finding something you cannot place
Sort by Newest and work backwards — files arrive in the order their transfers finished, so the thing you are looking for is usually near where you expect in time even when you have forgotten its name.
