The bot check on sign-in and sign-up

Your account

The bot check on sign-in and sign-up; “New sign-ups are paused”.

Sign-in, sign-up and the contact form use a reCAPTCHA checkbox to limit automated abuse.

If it says the check failed

Bot check failed — please tick the checkbox and try again.

  • Tick the box again. A completed check expires after a few minutes, so a form left open while you did something else will need a fresh one.
  • Reload the page if the checkbox is missing entirely — a blocked script or a dropped connection can prevent it loading.
  • Check that a privacy extension or a content blocker is not blocking Google’s reCAPTCHA, which is where the widget comes from.

Note: reCAPTCHA is the only third-party script on these pages. There are no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers anywhere on the site.
