“Streaming is not included in this plan”
When playback failsPlayback is a plan feature. Where it is not included, files are still downloadable.
Playing a file in the browser is checked against your plan before playback starts. Where the plan does not include it, you will see:
Streaming is not included in this plan.
What still works
Downloading. The file itself is unaffected and can be taken to a desktop player, which will usually handle more formats than a browser anyway.
Note: This is a different message from “Streaming is paused for maintenance”, which affects everyone and is reported on the status page.
