The player also has a Keyboard shortcuts panel on the page itself, so the list is available without leaving what you are watching.
Note: Shortcuts act on the player only while it has focus. Click the video once if a key press is going to the page instead.
Picking up where you left off
The player offers your last position rather than jumping there without asking.
When you return to something you were part-way through, the player offers to resume from where you stopped. It offers rather than does — silently starting forty minutes in is disorienting when it guesses wrong.
Where the position is kept
In your browser, on that device. It is not stored on your account, so a position set on a laptop will not appear on a phone, and clearing your browser data clears it.
Note: This is a deliberate limit rather than a missing feature: playback positions are per-device conveniences, and keeping them off the account means one less thing tied to you on the server.
