Cancelling and refundsFull refund within 14 days of a first payment, unless much of that period’s allowance was used. Renewals are not refunded.
A first payment
Within 14 days of your first payment we refund it in full — unless a substantial part of that period’s allowances has already been used. Fetching several hundred gigabytes and then asking for the money back is the case that exception exists for.
Renewals
Renewals are not refunded. Cancel before the renewal date instead: you keep the plan to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing further is taken.
How to ask
Write to support with the account email address and roughly when you paid. There is no form — a sentence is enough.
Note: None of this affects refund rights you have by law, which sit on top of this policy rather than being replaced by it.
