“This account has been disabled”
Account settingsA disabled account cannot sign in until support resolves it.
A disabled account cannot sign in, and every outstanding download and playback link it had stops working at once.
Why it happens
- Repeat copyright infringement — three valid notices within 12 months.
- Content that is never permitted under any circumstances.
- Fair-use escalation that did not resolve at earlier steps.
- Attacking or probing the service.
What to do
Write to support from the account’s email address and ask what happened. A disabling that was a mistake gets reversed; one that follows repeat infringement is a closure rather than a suspension, and is not something that can be bought back.
Note: Account closure deletes the library after 30 days. If there is a dispute, raise it well inside that window.
